Ivanhoe Energy (NASDAQ: IVAN) Gets Final Payout from Shell

Canada’s Ivanhoe Energy announced it has received the final payment from Royal Dutch Shell for its stake in a Chinese block of natural gas in the Sichuan Basin. The transaction was first announced at the beginning of 2012, and was valued at $85 million. The final payment is $3.7 million, and will be applied to Ivanhoe’s working capital reserves.
