The company described the test as highly successful and provided an update on its Greater Stella Area operations. The well was drilled to a depth of 9,739 feet with a 2,500 foot horizontal in the Palaeocene Andrew sandstone reservoir. The well reached a maximum flow rate of 10,835 barrels of oil equivalent per day, which was limited by the capacity of the testing equipment. The well is currently being suspended and will begin operations upon completion.
