Solar Investments That Pay Double-Digit Dividends

I recently got wind of a new solar project in Brazil that’s paying steady double-digit gains — every single month.

And what makes this particularly attractive is a new rush on solar projects in the country that are paying top dollar to investors like us.

In fact, BYD Co. (OTCMKTS: BYDDF) recently increased its solar panel production in Brazil, “adding a second production shift and increasing its workforce by 20%,” according to Yahoo Finance.

As reported by Reuters:

Demand for solar power equipment has risen in Brazil as solar energy had the highest growth in the country last year, outpacing thermal and wind energy.

Adalberto Maluf, director at the subsidiary, said demand had been increasing slowly during the second half of 2020, but growth picked up since January.

The company hired 60 new employees and added a second shift at its factory in Campinas, Sao Paulo state, he said.

If you’ve heard the name BYD Co. before, it’s probably because this is a company Warren Buffett has invested in. In fact, he currently owns about 22% of the company.

But I’m not writing about this today to recommend you buy shares of BYD.

Instead, I’m writing about this to tell you about a way you can invest in some of these new Brazilian solar projects without having to buy a single stock, while locking in double-digit gains nearly every month for up to 20 years.

Brazilian Solar Boom

While solar is going to get a nice push in the U.S. over the next three–four years, the solar market in Brazil is booming right now.

Check out these recent headlines:

  • “Sungrow to Supply Inverters for 475-MWp Solar Project in Brazil”
  • “Powertis Breaks Ground on Two Solar Parks in Brazil Totaling 225 MW”
  • “Brazil Distributed Solar Power Generation Hits 5 GW”
  • “NextTracker to Supply Solar Trackers for Brazilian Solar Plant”
  • “Copel Switches on 3-MWp Solar System in Brazil”
  • “Celeo Redes Plans up to 500-MW Solar Project in Brazil’s Piaui State”

There’s no doubt there’s a serious solar boom in Brazil — and you can get a piece of that action right now.

There’s a community solar project in Brazil that’s being developed by a group of guys I know who will allow you to buy equity shares in this project. And the estimated internal rate of return is in the double digits.

Folks, most investors can’t pull off a single double-digit gain in a year, but with this private solar investment you can make right now, you could be looking at monthly double-digit gains.

All the details on this opportunity are spelled out in this investment note I recently sent members of my Green Chip Stocks community.

Now, I should point out that what’s really nice about this deal is that you can invest just once, or every month if you’d like.

So even if you just wanted to invest $100 every month, after the term of the investment expires, you’ll be sitting on an estimated return of $74,262.

Starting with $100, you’re just not going to do better than that.

So unless you hate money, I strongly suggest you get access to this private solar investment opportunity now.

To a new way of life and a new generation of wealth…
