Colorado Slaps More Regulations on Oil and Gas Industry

At 1:00pm on Monday, Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper is expected to announce a new set of rules regarding greenhouse gas emissions from compressed natural gas.

The State’s Air Quality Control Commission approved regulations that put new regulations on the oil and gas industry for air pollution. The regulations will force the industry to more closely monitor methane and other greenhouse gases coming from drill sites.
